| Description: |
The Delaware Foster Care Transitional Resource Center opened its doors for programs and services in January 2008. Having developed the necessary infrastructure, (DFCTRC) began providing direct client services to youth between the ages of 17-24 who had “aged out” from the Delaware foster care system.
The program goal(s) at the DFCTRC are to provide a comprehensive, direct resource/referral support program; servicing young people with weak social supports and significant needs.
