The Commission is elected and empowered by the Presbytery to manage and allocate the portion of the income designated for use in New Castle Presbytery. It comprises a minimum of 12 Commissioners, half clergy and half lay, including racial/ethnic men and women, and representing all geographical areas of the Presbytery
